IS THERE ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE US?
The simple answer is no. There’s no one more committed to reclaiming and restoring these rare works than we are! We’re working harder than ever to research, reconstruct and restore some of the most joyous music in the world. It’s what we do best! That’s why we need your support.
In 2018 we created our Reclaimed Voices Series to focus on Jewish composers of opera and operetta who suffered disproportionately at the hands of the Nazis.
We don’t just love their music; we also know that we have a responsibility to tell their stories, to perform their works, and to preserve their memory. Telling their story has become our story. This Reclaimed Voices Series has become the very embodiment of our mission. As we move into the New Year we will continue to seek out works that have rarely been performed and are dangerously close to being forgotten forever. Your support makes all this possible!
Did you know that ticket sales account for only 20% of the funds needed to produce one of our shows?
